My Books of 2011

updated 1-1-2012

Books I Read in 2011

So there were quite a few books on my to-read list for 2011.  That's probably true for most people, especially those that enjoy reading.  My dilemma is that I ended up buying and receiving more books than I actually read this year (and I actually read 22 books this year - more than I've ever read in one full year).  Add to that the fact that I already have more books in my collection that I have not yet read than those that I have read.  Nonetheless, these are listed below in no particular order.  You can find more about each book and how to purchase them by clicking on the title or the book cover.

If I could recommend just one book for anyone to read out of the list below, it would be David Platt's Radical Together.  Taking Radical to the next level, Platt provides a compelling case for American Christians to abandon therapeutic deism for a life of working together and surrendering everything for the sake of genuinely loving Him, loving others, and being obedient to the task of reaching all peoples for God's glory.
Disclaimer: I do not necessarily endorse or agree with all the viewpoints presented in the books listed below.
